门脉高血压胃病36例临床诊断分析

摘　　要：目的观察门脉高血压胃病患者的临床诊断特点。方法选择确诊的门脉高血压胃病36例,行电子胃镜检查与组织学检查。结果36例门脉高血压胃病患者电镜与组织学检查大多表现为胃黏膜血管病变。结论门脉高压性胃病应及时给予内镜与组织学检查进行明确诊断。Objective To observe the clinical diagnosis characteristic of portal hypertensive gastropathy. Method 36 cases with portal hypertensive gastropathy were inspected by the electron gastroscopy and histology. Results The most of patients were display gastric mucosa blood vessel pathological change. Conclusion Portal hypertensive gastropathy should promptly give the mirror and histology inspection for diagnosis
