摘　　要：改革开放30年来,我国私营企业经历了从"必要有益补充"到"重要组成部分"的深刻转变。目前,我国私营企业已经进入了一个蓬勃发展的历史新阶段。文章对私营企业地位及其在立法上的主要表现进行了考察,指出了我国私营企业进一步发展所面临的法律困境,并提出了解决问题的对策。Three decades of reform and opening up, China＇s private-owned enterprises have experienced the profound transformation from the ＂need for a useful complement＂ to ＂an important component＂. At present, China＇s private enterprises have entered the history of the development of a vibrant new stage. This paper investigated the status of private enterprises and in the Legislative major performance, and presents the legal difficulties which the further development of China＇s private enterprises is facing, and proposed solutions to this problem.
