摘　　要：以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)是一种以学生主观学习为主,教师引导为辅的新型教学模式,国内外的一些临床教学实践证明了这种教学方法的优越性。外科肠梗阻教学一直是教学的难点与重点,我们通过引进这种良好的教学方式,来探讨PBL教学法在肠梗阻教学实施中的利与弊。Problem-based learning （PBL） is a method of the student＇s self-study primarily and teacher＇s guiding. The application of PBL pattern in some clinical teaching is proved quite good in both domestic and abroad. The teaching and learning of intestinal obstruction is always difficult and important. By inducting the PBL in the clinical teaching for intestinal obstruction, we discuss our experience gained in carrying out PBL and the existing problems.
