摘　　要：目的评价甘露醇治疗外伤性低眼压的效果。方法46例(46眼)外伤性低眼压随机分为两组。对照组用传统治疗方法,包括散瞳和皮质类固醇;治疗组除传统治疗方法外,增加甘露醇静脉滴注。随访3～30个月,分析其效果。结果治疗后眼压恢复至10mmHg以上者,治疗组23眼中有17眼,占73.91%;对照组23眼中有3眼,占13.04%。二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论甘露醇是治疗外伤性低眼压的一种有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of mannitol for traumatic hypotony. Methods 46 eyes of 46 cases with traumatic hypotony were divided into groups randomly, the controlled group were treated by traditional drug ie cycloplegic and corticosteroid, the treatment group were treated by mannitol intravenously in addition to traditional drug. The follow-up was 6 months to 30 months （mean 14 months）. Results 17 of 23 eyes in the treatment group recovered to normal ocular pressure（ 〉 10 mmHg） accounted for 76.09%, and 3 of 23 eyes in the controlled group recovered accounted for 13.04 %, showing a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion Mannitol is an effective method of treating traumatic hypotony.
