摘　　要：目的观察经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切割术联合激光光凝治疗Eales病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析36例42眼经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切割术联合眼内激光治疗Eales病患者的临床资料。结果术后视力明显提高28眼(67%),术后视力提高37眼(88%),无提高5眼(12%)。结论经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切割联合激光光凝是治疗Eales病的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of pars plana vitrectomy and endophotocoagulation in eyes with Ealos＇ disease. Methods In a retrospective noncomparative study,the authors reviewed the existing data of 42 eyes of 36 patients with a diagnosis of Eales＇ disease who had undergone pars plana vitrectomy and endophotocoagulation. Results Postoperatively, the visual acuity was improved in 37 eyes （ 88% ）, 28 eyes （ 67% ） were remarkably improved, without improvement in 5 eyes （ 12% ）. Conclusion Pars plana vitrectomy combined with endophotocoagu]ation is an effective treatment for Eales＇ disease.
