盐酸丁咯地尔治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床研究——附82例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸丁咯地尔治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床效果。方法152例VBI患者随机分为治疗组82例,对照组70例,均于发病24h内治疗。对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐250ml,加丹参注射液20ml和5%GS250ml+山莨菪碱(654-2)20mg静脉滴注,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上改654-2为盐酸丁咯地尔0.2g加5%的GS200ml静脉滴注,1次/d,两组均治疗14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率,显效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论盐酸丁咯地尔联合低分子右旋糖酐及丹参注射液等治疗VBI显示良好疗效,且无明显的不良反应,值得进一步临床应用及研究。Objective To observe the clinical effects of hydrochloride buflomedil treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency（VBI）. Methods 152 cases were randomly divided into treatment group VBI with 82 cases and the control group with 70cases. Both were treated within 24 hours. The control group using （ low-molecular-weight dextran 250ml and dansenate injection 20ml） 5% Gs 250 ml ＋645-2 20mg intravenous drip,once a day; treatment group using hydrochloric acid buflomedil 0. 2 and 5% GS 200ml intravenous drip,once a day ,both groups using low-mdecular-weight dextran 250ml and dausenate injection 20ml intranvenous drip. Both groups were observed after 14days. Results The cure rate and effiaency of treatment group were higher than control group（P〈0. 01 ,P〈0. 05 ）. In the treatment group, the average velocity increased the clinical symptoms reduced, significantly better than the control group （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hydrochloride buflomedil joint dextran 40 and salvia injection treatment VBI has good effect, and no significant adverse reactions, it should been further studied and applicatiod.
