摘　　要：针对以单件小批量生产方式为主的某机制公司所遇到的问题,提出用一种改进的MRP算法建立制造企业生产计划管理系统的设计方案,详细分析了公司业务流程,阐述了系统基本结构,系统实现的关键算法及功能模块。Aim at the problem of the manufacturing enterprises giving priority to job--shop production faced, the improved MRP algorithm to establish a manufacturing enterprise management system for production planning design was proposed.It analyses the company＇s business processes, expounds the basic structure of the system, the key algorithm and functional modules.
