技术战略对企业自主创新作用路径的实证研究

摘　　要：构建技术战略对企业自主创新作用路径的理论模型,以技术战略为潜在自变量,以技术能力、技术管理能力和网络能力为潜在中介变量,以自主创新为潜在因变量,对国内125家企业进行问卷调研及深度访谈,应用结构方程模型分析技术战略对企业自主创新的作用路径.研究结果表明,技术战略对企业自主创新的直接作用并不显著,但是能通过提升技术能力、技术管理能力和网络能力,从而对企业自主创新产生显著作用,由此探明了技术战略对企业自主创新的作用路径.It proposes the theoretical model of function route of technology strategy on the enterprises＇ independent innovation with technology strategy as latent independent variable, technology capacity, technology management capacity and network capacity as latent mediator variables, independent innovation as latent dependent variable. By a survey questionnaire and interview with 125 domestic enterprises, the function route of technology strategy on independent innovation is empirically analyzed by SEM. The results show that technology strategy has no significant direct impact on independent innovation, but can achieve it through promoting technology capacity, technology management capacity and network capacity. Thus the function route of technology strategy on independent innovation is explored.
