摘  要:目的研究建立毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中23种有机磷类和8种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分析方法。方法蔬菜样品经均质匀浆用乙腈提取,以弗罗里矽柱(FlorislR)固相萃取小柱净化,用带氮磷检测器的气相色谱仪分析。结果在建立的方法中31种农药在18min内已全部出峰完毕,各组分分离度好。样品加标回收率为81.4%~113.6%,变异系数在2.0%~12.3%之间,方法最低检出限为0.003mg/kg~0.020mg/kg。结论实验结果表明研究方法准确度高、精密度好、灵敏快速。各技术指标均能满足农药残留检测的要求。Objective To establish capillary gas chromatography method for determination of 23 organophosphorus and 8 earbaminate pesticide residues on vegetables. Methods The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,then pre-purified by passing through a Solid-phase Extraction Florisl.The pesticide residues in vegetables was determined by gas chromatography with NPD. Results There 31 pesticides were separated from each other,and the liner relationship of standard curves were good (r=0.9980- 0.9999).The sample recoveries were 81.4%-113.6%.The coefficients of variation (CV) were 2.0%-12.3%. The minimum detection limits were 0.003mg/kg-0.020mg/kg.The analysis could be finished in 18 minutes. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid and it is suitable for detemination of pesticide residues.
