摘　　要：西方国家的贲门癌发生率逐年增高,我国食管癌高发区的贲门腺癌发病率也很高,肠上皮化生被认为是重要危险因素。本文介绍了贲门部肠上皮化生在近几年的研究进展,并分析了贲门部发生肠化的意义。Prevalence of gastric eardia adenocarcinoma（GCA） is rapidly increasing year by year in western countries. The incidence of GCA is also very high at high-incidence area fnr esophageal cancer in China. Intestinal metaplasia（IM） at the eardia has been recognized as one of the important risk factors. The article describes the research on various aspects of IM at the cardia in recent years, and also analyzes the significance of IM at the cardia, which may be one of the important precancerous lesions for GCA.
