康复新液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的近期疗效,探寻治疗糜烂型OLP的有效方法。方法将糜烂型OLP 50例随机分成两组,试验组25例采用康复新液治疗,对照组25例采用西瓜霜喷剂治疗,治疗前及治疗后1周分别观察疼痛程度和糜烂面积的变化。结果同对照组比较,试验组疼痛程度减轻,糜烂面积缩小,近期疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论康复新液治疗糜烂型OLP安全有效,且疗效优于西瓜霜喷剂,值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the short-term effects of kangfuxin solution on the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus and try to find out an effective way to treat the erosive oral lichen planus. Methods 50 patients with erosive oral lichen planus were divided into two groups randomly. The test group （25 cases） were treated with kangfuxin solution; the control group （25 cases） were treated with watermelon powder spray. Clinical examinations evaluated the pain and the erosive area before treatment and after treatment for one week. Results Pain was lessened and the erosive area was decreased, compared with the control group, which had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The treatrnent of erosive oral lichen planus with kangfuxin solution is safe and effective. Its curative effects are better than those of watermelon powder spray. It＇ s worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
