摘　　要：不断地进行思维开发,可以使人的聪明才智得到不断的、充分的挖掘。文章提出在管理工作中要扩大思维空间,改变思维方式,不断摆脱束缚,勇于实践;要不断创新,坚持求真务实;要注意思维开发,不断总结提高。Ongoing development of thinking could continuously and adequately excavate people＇s wisdom. The continuous excavation of staff＇s intelligence is extremely beneficial for work. The article emphasizes on 1） expanding space of thought, changing ways of thinking, constantly getting rid of the shackles and bravely practicing; 2） continuously innovating and adhering to achieving the truth; 3） paying attention to the development of thinking, constantly summarizing and improving.
