摘　　要：社会对于经济管理类本科生的实践能力要求越来越高,社会需求与学校毕业生供给的质量缺口逐渐显现出来,教学中理论与实践的脱节成为亟待解决的问题。提出了构建经济管理类本科实践型人才培养模式,通过对学生的职业引导,将学生分成应用型和研究型两类,并根据学生的潜质,将应用型学生细分为社会型和创业型两种,从而正确引导学生选择专业课程与实习方式,将理论学习、实训、实验、实习有机联系在一起。结合教学方法的改革、本科生导师制的建设和多种实践方式,保证实践型人才培养模式的实施,提高学生的应用与创新能力。It is badly needed to solve the problem of theory away from practice, for practical ability of undergraduates majoring in economics and management has been demanded more than over. In this pa- per, a training model is set up on how to increase the practice ability of undergraduates majoring in economics and management. The undergraduates are classified into practice and research. And the practice is divided into two types, obtaining employment and starting a business. By this method,it is better to guide students how to select curriculum planning and learning patterns. So it can effictively integrate the theory, teaching, training with fieldwork. At the same time, the paper also gives the implementing regulations. These will effectively increase the undergraduates＇ practical ability and enterprising spirit.
