摘　　要：实验教学是高等教育人才培养体系的重要组成部分,对培养学生的实践动手能力和创新精神起着关键作用。从转变思想,提高对实验教学重要性的认识;打破课程界限,优化实验教学体系;更新优选实验教学内容;改革实验教学方法;建立多元化的考核方法等5个方面探讨了推进实验教学改革,提高人才培养质量的措施。Experimental teaching is an important part of talent training system in higher education, and playing a key role in the culture of the students＇ hands-on practice and innovation spirit. Five aspects about how to promote experimental teaching reformation and improve the measures of culture talents quality were discussed in this paper as follows： transforming thought, raising awareness of the importance of experimental teaching, breaking the boundaries of courses; optimizing experimental teaching system; updating and selecting experiment teaching content; reforming experiment teaching methods; founding diversified assessing methods.
