摘　　要：液基细胞学是目前脱落细胞学中最优质的制片检查技术,利用电化学原理,将机械学、空气力学和流体力学综合应用于细胞的分散、采集和转移过程,并形成薄层细胞制片。本文阐述液基细胞学制片技术,分析液基细胞学在临床应用的范围。进一步普及液基细胞学在临床中的广泛应用,以提高恶性肿瘤的筛查率。Liquid based cytology is the highest quality smear technology in exfoliative cytology at present. It utilizes electrochemistry to scatter, collect and transfer the cell, which is combining with mechanics, atmosphere and hydrodynamics. In this study, not only the princi- ple and classification of liquid based cytology, but also the clinical application, are summarized in brief. The clinical application of the liquid based cytology is to spread so as to elevate the screening-ratio of malignancy.
