摘　　要：【目的】观察Id反义寡核苷酸（IdASOD）对A549细胞中Id蛋白、mRNA表达及细胞的影响。【方法】体外培养A549细胞，并转染Id反义寡核苷酸；运用RT-PCR与Western-blot检测反义寡核苷酸对A549细胞中Id基因的抑制及蛋白表达的变化；用MTT法与细胞贴壁率检测转染反义寡核苷酸后A549细胞生物学特征的变化。【结果】转染反义寡核苷酸后A549中IdmRNA与蛋白表达水平明显低于未转染组（P〈0．05）,细胞存活率与活性明显下降（P〈0．05）。【结论】IdASOD对A549细胞及Id基因与蛋白表达有明显的抑制作用。[Objective] To observe the effect of Id antisense oligonucleotide （Id ASOD） on expression of Id mRNA and protein and cells in A549 lung cancer cells. [Methods]A549 lung cells Were incubated in vitro and transfected by Id ASOD. Id gene and protein expression in A549 cells were tested by RT-PCR and Western blot. The changes Of cytobiological characteristics of A549 cell after transfected by Id ASOD were detected by MTT method and the attachment rate. [Results] Id gene and protein expression in A549 cells in the experimental group （ transfected by Id ASOD） were lower than those in control group（ P〈0.01）. The cell survival rate and activities were obviously decreased in the experimental group （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Id ASOD can obviously inhibit the gene and protein expression of Id in A549 lung cancer cells.
