摘　　要：采用文献资料和问卷与访谈相结合的研究方法,对我国部分省、市高校学生参加课外体育活动现状进行调查。从结果来看,兴趣是大学生参加课外体育活动的主要目的,而课外体育活动内容枯燥、缺乏管理以及体育场馆设施不足等现象,是影响大学生参加课外体育活动的重要因素。针对现状分析其原因,提出高校开展课外体育活动的对策。With the research methods of questionnaire investigation, interview and literature, the paper investigates the current extracurricular sports activities in some colleges and universities, the research results show that interest is the main drive of college students to participate in the extracurricular sports activities and lack of management and sports facilities affect their participation. The paper analyses the causes and countermeasures.
