摘　　要：本次民事诉讼法的修改并不能真正根本性的解决执行难问题。执行检察监督依然有其存在的必要性与现实性。而检察院首先应当对"法官思想型执行难"进行监督。The current amendment of civil procedural law can not solve the problem caused by the difficultly in executing the civil case. absolutely It is necessary and realistic to keep the procurator supervision of civil execution. However, the Procurator should supervise the execution hardship in judge＇s idea firstly.
