内皮素-1在卵巢肿瘤中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测56份卵巢癌,19份良性卵巢肿瘤和17份正常卵巢组织中ET-1的表达。结果ET-1在卵巢肿瘤中的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤(P<0.05),但和卵巢癌的病理类型及病理分级、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论ET-1和卵巢肿瘤的发生有关系。Objective To investigate the expression of endothelin-1 （ ET-1 ） in ovarian tumors. Methods Expression of ET-1 in ovarian tumors （malignant n = 56 benign tumor n = 19, normal tissue n = 17 ） was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining. Results Expression of ET-1 in ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in normal tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ）, Expression of ET-1 in ovarian cancers was significantly higher than that in benign tumors （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, ET-1 expression was not correlated with different histological classifications （P 〉 0.05 ）, differentiation grade（ P 〉 0.05 ） and International Federation of Gynecololgy and Obstetrics （FIGO） stage （ P 〉 0.05 ）, Conclusion The results indicate that ET-1 plays some role in occurrence of the ovarian tumors.
