摘　　要：教学团队建设的根本目的在于提高人才培养质量,其直接目的则在于加强教师队伍建设,提高教师教学水平,而这正是教师专业发展的重要目标。教学团队建设是促进教师专业发展的一种重要形式。The primary purpose of teaching team is to improve the quality of talents cultivation.Meanwhile,the direct purpose is to enhance teaching competence,which is precisely the important target of the teacher's professional development.Construction of teaching team is one form of the teacher's professional development.
