摘　　要：高素质的图书馆员是图书馆现代化的主体因素。提高图书馆的素质是实现图书馆现代化的主体性前提。Abstract The good quality of librarians is the primary element of library modernization,and to improve the quality of libraians is the principal good of the realization of library mordernization.This paper aims to verify from various points of view the hypothesis that to improve the quality of librarians is to enforce their education function.
