滋阴养血中药为主治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓58例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴养血中药为主治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将58例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组各29例，其中对照组局部注射曲安奈德治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用滋阴养血中药治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86．2％，对照组总有效率为65．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=0．0376，P〈0．05）。结论采用滋阴养血中药为主治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓有良效。Objective To observe clinical effect of treating erosive oral lichen planus with triamcinolone acetonide combined with herbs for nourishing yin and blood. Methods 58 patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide, and the treatment group was treated with herbs for nourishing yin and blood based on the control group. The therapeutic effects were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.2% and 65.5%, respectively. The difference between the two groups is significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with herbs for nourishing yin and blood has better effect in treating patients with chronic gastritis than exclusive western medicine.
