清心除烦针法与常规针法治疗广泛性焦虑双盲对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察清心除烦针法联合西药治疗广泛性焦虑临床疗效。方法87例患者随机分为两组做双盲对照研究，两组均采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上，加用清心除烦针法，对照组在西医常规治疗基础上，采用常规传统针刺。两组均应用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和临床总体印象量表（CGI）评定疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果治疗组治疗1周末起较治疗前有显著下降（x^2=37．68，P〈0．05），治疗2周起两组均较治疗前有显著下降（F=81．693，P〈0．01），且随着治疗时间的延续均呈持续性下降：同期两组间比较，治疗1周末治疗组HAMA评分较对照组下降显著（t=2．484，P〈0．05），其他时点评分均无显著性差异（x^2=11．28，P〉0．05）。结论清心除烦针法广泛性焦虑疗效快，依从性好。Objective To observe the effect of treating generalized anxiety disorder with clearing heart and relieving restlessness acupuncture combined with western medicine. Methods 87 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. Both groups received conventional western medical treatment. On this basis, the control group was given conventional acupuncture therapy, while the treatment was given clearing heart and relieving restlessness acupuncture. The efficacies were evaluated with Hamailton anxiety （HAMA）scale and clinical global impression scale （CGI）. The adverse reaction was evaluated with treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS）. Results One week after treatment, the efficacies and adverse reaction in the treatment group markedly decreased comparing with those before the treatment（P〈0.05）. Two weeks after treatment, the efficacies and adverse reaction of both groups decreased comparing with those before the treatment（P〈0.01）. Besides, the decrease continues with time passing by. One week after treatment, the HAMA score in the control group markedly decreased comparing with that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the CGI score in the treatment group had no significant difference comparing with that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of clearing heart and relieving restlessness acupuncture on generalized anxiety disorder has rapid effect and good compliance.
