摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变（Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy，DPN）是1型、2型DM的主要并发症，临床致残率高，难以治愈，病因复杂。复制具有人类DPN典型特征的动物模型进行研究非常必要。本文就近年来国外建立DPN动物模型的情况做一综述。DPN （Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy） is one of the most important complications of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, with high rate of mutilation, intractable character, and complicated etiological factors： Therefore, it is necessary to replicate the animal model with typical characteristics of human DPN. This article reviewed the establishment of DPN animal model in recent years.
