摘 要:目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)在新生儿感染中的变化和临床意义。方法应用金标法对114例患细菌感染的新生儿及100例排除细菌感染生理性黄疸的新生儿于治疗前后抽取静脉血进行CRP测定,并进行比较。结果治疗前细菌感染组CRP值明显高于对照组,2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而治疗后的细菌感染组CRP值明显降低,恢复到正常范围内,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定CRP可作为判定新生儿早期感染的指标之一。动态观察CRP可作为感染程度和疗效的判断标准,从而提高新生儿早期感染疾病诊断率。[Objective] To explore the changes and clinical significance of C-reactive protein (CRP) in neonatal infection. [Methods]The venous blood samples of 114 newborns with bacterial infection and 100 newborns with physiologic jaundice excluded from bacterial infection were taken before and after treatment for determination of CRP by the gold standard method, and the clinical significances were compared. [Results] Before the treatment, the CRP value of bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). And after the treatment, the CRP value of bacterial infection group decreased to normal range, and there was no significant difference between bacterial infection group and control group (P 〉 0. 05). [Conclusion] Determination of CRP can be used as one of the judgment indicators of early neonatal infection. Dynamic observation of CRP can be used as the stand- ard of infection degree and efficacy, thus enhance the diagnosis rate of early neonatal infection.
