青海农牧区开展现代远程教育现状调查

摘　　要：发展现代远程教育是当前农牧区教育改革发展的一个重要内容,对于提高农牧区教育水平,加快农牧区教育发展,缩小城乡教育发展差距,促进教育均衡发展和城乡共同繁荣,加快社会主义新农村建设,全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会,具有十分重大和深远的战略意义。本文对青海省农牧区开展现代远程教育的现状进行了系统全面的调研和科学分析,提出了进一步研究和实施青海省农牧区现代远程教育的建设性意见。There is no doubt that the development of modem distance education is an important content for the reformation and development of the education in current agricultural and pastoral areas, it has significant and the profound strategic sense that that can improve the level of education in agricultural and pastoral areas, speed up the development of education in agricultural and pastoral areas, narrow the gap of the development of education between urban and rural, promote balanced development of education and common prosperity of the urban and rural, speed up the construction of Socialism New Rural, build a well-off society and build a harmonious socialism society. This paper combines the research of ＂research of development of modem distance education in Qinghai ＂, and makes a systematic research and scientific analysis for the status of the modem distance education in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai Province, and provides a certain reference for ifurther study of modem distance education in rural and pastoral areas.
