犬群战略——乡镇企业集群模式分析

摘　　要：当前经济危机下,外围经济的萎缩导致的需求不足让中国以出口为导向的外向型经济遇到了挑战,中国农村经济的发展再次成为突围经济危机的重要出口。作为农村经济的载体,乡镇企业在这次突围中的作用不容忽视。本文通过描述犬群战略与乡镇企业集群化的共通点,对乡镇企业集群化的经济学分析,揭示了乡镇企业集群化的内涵以及意义,进而提出了实施乡镇企业犬群战略即集群模式的相关政策建议。Under the current economic crisis, Chinese export-oriented economy is facing the lack of demand caused by the external economic contraction, the development of China＇s rural economy becomes an important export for breaking through the economic crisis once again. As the carrier of the rural economy, township enterprises whose role in the breakout can not be ignored. The article through describing the common features of dog group strategy and township enterprises cluster model, and the economic analysis of township enterprises, reveales the connotation and significance of township enterprises cluster model,then puts forward the i policy recommendations of the dog group strategy of the township enterprises.
