摘　　要：二十一世纪是海洋世纪，开发海洋，海洋教育须先行。本文在对高等海洋教育在经济社会发展中的重要性进行了分析之后，结合浙江省高等教育的现状，提出了浙江省高等海洋教育的发展设想。文章重点探讨了如何抓好浙江水产学院与舟山师范专科学校的联合办学工作，并在此基础上办好浙江海洋学院。st century is the marine century Marine development should go aheadwith the marine education This paper by analysng the impoctance of themarine education in the economic socity developmtent,conbined with the present condition of the high marine education of Zhejiang Province andraised a developmental plan of it This paper's put emphysis on how to dealwith the wook of the unificatioin of the Zhejiang Fisheries College and Zhoushan Normal College and on the basis of this how to run the Zhejiang Marine institute successfully
