从语言学习关键期看小学外语教育的重要性

摘　　要：语言学习关键期是指人类能够自然地、毫不费力地习得语言的时期,一般认为在2-10岁左右。教育部规定我国从小学三年级开设英语课,这种规定是有科学依据的,也是可行的。但目前我国小学外语教学的现状,说明了我们要认识并重视在小学开设外语教学的必要性。Critical Period Hypothesis （CPH） refers to the period when a human being can naturally and easily acquire a language/languages. It is commonly agreed that CPH is between ages 2 and 10. The Ministry of Education scientifically regulated that English should be taught since grade 3 at primary school. Although it is possible, the present situation of English teaching at primary schools still needs our greater attention.
