摘　　要：目的:观察自体红骨髓注射治疗骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:13例骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损患者,男8例,女5例;年龄15～60岁,平均32.5岁。骨缺损部位:胫骨7例,股骨2例,肱骨4例。采用自体红骨髓注射至骨折断端治疗,自体红骨髓经皮注射每2周1次,共5次,每月复查肢体正侧位X线片。结果:13例全部获得随访,时间6～12个月,平均7.5个月。13例骨缺损完全修复,平均愈合时间4个月。无严重并发症发生。结论:自体红骨髓注射创伤小,疗效明确,并能缩短骨缺损修复时间,有利于促进肢体功能恢复,是治疗骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损的一种好方法。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of autologous red bone marrow injection in treating focal bone defect in postoperative nonunion. Methods：Thirteen patients with focal bone defect in postoperative nonunion （7 cases in tibia, 2 cases in femur,4 cases in humerus） ,including 8 males and 5 females with the mean age of 32.5 years old （ranging from 15 to 60 years）. The bone defects were treated with autologous red bone marrow injection （ 1 time per 2 weeks, 5 times in total） and the X-rays of AP and LP were observed. Results：Thirteen patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months with an average of 7.5 months. According to results of X-ray pictures, 13 cases obtained bone defect recovered completely, and the average time of union was 4 months. Conclusion：Autologous red bone marrow injection has ascendancy such as less wound and clear clinical effect,which can accelerate bone healing and promotes functional recovery of limb. It is a good method to treat focal bone defect in postoperative nonunion.
