摘　　要：讨论了新型粘片机的不同几何布局及其对生产效率的影响。并对其关键部件拾放片系统的不同结构形式及其优缺点进行了分析。The article discusses the different geometric arrangement and the influence of the geometric arrangement on the throughput performance of die bonder. Pick-and-Place mechanism is the key as- sembly of die bonder. The article also discusses Pick-and-Place mechanism of different principles and their advantage and disadvantage.
