摘　　要：为确保基础护理质量，减轻护理管理者为完成种类繁多的护理指标检测所花费的时间和精力，提高质控效果，以《军队医院护理质量主要评价指标》为依据，以基础护理工作为重点，结合多年来护理管理工作的经验和教训，制定了基础护理四层质控法：清洁有序层、控制感染层、一般护理层、重点护理层。通过实践，极大地提高了质控管理的工作效率。To ensure the quality of basic nursing care,overcome the shortcomings of the quality control and solve the problems involved with nurse administrator's spending more time and energy for accomplishing a great variety of the nursing index assessment works,on the basis of “Principal assessment indexes of military hospital nursing quali-ty ”,regarding the basic nursing work as a key point and the experience of nursing administration for many years,the 4 level quality-controlling method was developed:clean order level,infection-controlling level,general nursing level and intensive level.As a result,the working efficacy is greatly enhanced.
