塞来昔布非环氧化酶-2依赖性抗肿瘤作用靶点的研究进展

摘　　要：本文综述了塞来昔布非环氧化酶-2依赖性抗肿瘤作用靶点。塞来昔布可能直接作用于PDK-1、内质网钙泵、碳酸酐酶等环氧化酶-2非依赖性靶点，下调这些靶点相关蛋白的表达，通过诱导凋亡、抑制细胞周期进程、血管生成及转移等机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。We reviewed the role of COX-2 independent targets of celecoxib and related compounds in cancer prevention and treatment. Direct non-COX-2 targets of celeeoxib might be protein-dependent kinase 1 （PDK-1） ,Ca^2＋ ATPase and carbonic anhydrase （CA） , and so on; all of which are inhibited by eeleeoxib and are the main components in various pathways. Inhibition of these proteins leads to the induction of apop- tosis, the inhibition of cell cycle progression, angiogenesis, and metastasis, which are the main mechanisms by which eelecoxib exerts its antiearcinogenie activity.
