摘 要:通过正交试验,研究了空气压力、空气当量比、空气—氢气压力差及燃料电池工作温度等运行参数对高压质子交换膜燃料电池性能的影响。对试验结果的分析表明:使用该高压燃料电池时,理应尽可能采用较高的空气当量比,但会相应增加空气压缩机的功率消耗,故在燃料电池发动机整体设计中须加以综合权衡;在较小电流情况下,较高的空气压力有利于燃料电池性能的提高;而随着电流的增加,工作温度对于燃料电池性能的影响增大。By means of orthogonal test, the effects of operating parameters ( air pressure, air stoichiometric ratio, pressure difference between air and hydrogen, and the operating temperature of fuel cell) on the performance of high-pressure proton exchange membrane fuel cell are studied. The analyses on test results show that when using that high-pressure fuel cell, it is preferable to adopt as higher air stoichiometric ratio as possible, but this may accordingly increase the power consumption of air compressor, so comprehensive trade off is essential in overall design of fuel cell engine. In lower-current condition, higher air pressure is conducive to the rise in fuel cell performance, but as the current increases the effects of operating temperature on the performance of fuel cell become more apparent.
