摘　　要：目的探讨FGF-20在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测45例结直肠癌和20例结直肠正常组织中FGF-20表达情况。结果结直肠癌中FGF-20阳性表达率为77.78%,明显高于对照组15.00%(P<0.01);FGF-20表达与结直肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论FGF-20可能在结直肠癌的发生发展中起关键作用,可作为结直肠癌研究的新靶点及为其预后评估提供理论依据。Objective To explore the expression of FGF-20 and its clinical significance in the tissues from colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of FGF-20 was detected by Immunohistochemistry in 45 colorectal cancer tissues and 20 norreal colorectal tissues. Results The expression rate of FGF -20 in the colorectal tissues was 77.78% , which was significantly higher than that in the normal colorectal tissues of 15% （P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of FGF -20 in colorectal cancer was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion FGF-20 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of colorectal cancer. It might be a therapeutic target and a new prognostic factor in the patients with colorectal cancer.
