摘　　要：体育研究生学术创新能力与核心价值体现之间存在必然联系。提高学术创新能力、实现核心价值的主要途径是调整研究生的培养模式、完善导师队伍结构、重构学生知识结构、完善外部环境、提高配套管理效益。The academic innovation and the core value of the sports postgraduate students are closely related. To promote their ability of academic innovation and to realize the core value, it is important to readjust the cultivation mode, to have better supervisors, to reconstruct the students knowledge structure, to perfect the external environment and to to be more efficient in management.
