摘 要:目的:本实验采用唐传(厦门)生物科技有限公司提供的L-阿拉伯糖对喂养高糖高脂肪饲料的新西兰大白兔空腹血糖和糖耐量作用的影响进行研究,为将L-阿拉伯糖应用到预防和辅助治疗2型糖尿病以及防止高糖高脂饮食引起的糖代谢紊乱提供科学数据。方法:选择体重在1.8~2.0kg范围新西兰大白兔32只,随机分为A,B,C,D维,每组8只,其中A~C组均喂养高糖高脂和高胆固醇饲料,D组喂普通饲料,同时采用软滴管代替以往使用的导胃管的方法,A组口服1.24g/d,B组口服1.11g/d L-阿拉伯糖进行干预。分别于30天,60天检测空腹血糖,糖耐量。结果:本实验采用软滴管进行兔子定量口服喂食液体的方法证明,该方法比以往的导胃管方法方便,实施过程对兔子安全,而且在喂的过程中对兔子的刺激少,减少因为过分刺激对兔子的生理状态产生的影响。30天的检测结果证明,A,B,C,D组兔子间检测指标差异无显著性;60天后检测结果证明,A,B组空腹血糖比C组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);糖耐量AUC值A,B组比C组明显小,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:为今后兔子定量口服液体食物提供一个科学有效的方法,并且证明L-阿拉伯糖对喂养高糖高脂肪食物的兔子防止高血糖以及增强糖耐量作用方面效果明显,为L-阿拉伯糖应用于预防糖尿病防止因为平常高糖高脂肪饮食引起的糖尿病提供科学依据。Objective:L-Arabinose is a sweetener in low-energy,it can inhibit the activity of enzymes,as a natural enzymy inhibitor of sucrase,lessen breakdown of sucrose,limited its absorption in the gatrointestinal tract,The result will help to eliminate the rising of circulation blood glucose level after the sucrose challenge,the inhibiting the absorption of sugar can prevent hypertension and diabetes. Thomson biotech(Xiamen)PTE LTD extract the L-Arabinose from rice,corn stalks with biochemical methods.The aim of this study is to examine the biological activity of L-Arabinose from the Company and provide experimental basis to further the development of functional foods.Method:32 New zealand white rabbits, 1.8-2kg weight,male,were randomly divided into 4 groups,A,B,C,Dgroup,8 rabbits one group,C group fed with high fat and high sucrose diet only as control group,A,B group along with high fat and high sucrose diet,oral with L-Arabinose,the dosage were 1.24g/d, 1.11g/d respectively for 8 weeks.D group fed with normal diet and with the same dosage of PBS instead of L-Arabinose,took advantage of the soft dropper to feed practice.The fasting glucose,sucrose tolerance were examined using commercial glucose strips(Lifescan,One Touch Ultra,Melitas,CA),After 60 days experiment.Result:The feeding practice with soft dropper in rabbit experiment proved it is a safer and more efficient method than the traditional way.The experimental result proved that the L-Arabinose decreased significantly sucrose absorption,lower the fasting glucose level and the data of aera-under-curve(AUC) significantly in the rabbits with high fat and high sucrose fedding after 60 day experiment.ConClusion;These results support the hypothesis that the L-Arabinose preparation by Thomson biotech(Xiamen)PTE LTD proved to be highly effective in preventing a rise in circulating glucose after sucrose challenge,the AUC data were significantly lower in L-Arabinose group than that of control group.The L-arabinose can inhibit the absorbed of sucrose,
