安普贴薄膜在护士医疗锐器伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨安普贴薄膜应用在护士医疗锐器损伤中的效果。方法:将63例不同种类医疗锐器致伤手部的护士,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(30例)。观察组选择安普贴粘于创面。对照组使用无菌纱布包扎伤口。分别观察两组锐器伤口的愈合时间、换药次数、换药原因。结果:包扎伤口方式不同的两组,在愈合时间、换药次数上均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且换药原因也有差异(p<0.01)。结论:应用安普贴薄膜在护士医疗锐器伤中,可有效地保护伤口、促进愈合,从而提高护士的工作效率。Objective：Discuss the effect of algoplaque applied to sharp instrument injury of the nurse. Methods：Arrange 63 nurses who have different wounds in hands into observing group（33 examples）and control group（30 examples）in random.After the routine cleaning in the surface of wounds in the observing group,choose algoplaque with appropriate size to paste on the surface of wounds homogeneously,make axenie cotton ball to bind up the wounds in control group.Observe and record the healing time of the wounds,times and reasons of changing dressing. Results：Comparing the two groups, there are notable differences in the healing time and times of changing dressing（P〈0.05）,reasons of changing dressing axe significant different too（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Application of Algoplaque can protect the wounds effectually and promote the healing of wounds,so it can make the nurses to work more efficiently.
