摘　　要：企业集成风险管理作为企业管理的一种新领域,日益受到学术界和企业的青睐,但是最适合企业集成风险管理的网络式团队组织,其风险容忍的原因和过程目前还不明确。通过资料综述和德尔菲法,首先明确了企业集成风险管理影响因素体系,其次通过针对性地分析,总结出了网络化团队组织结构的六大特点,最后通过问卷调查和统计分析,得出了网络式团队组织的各特征对集成风险因素的影响,明确了网络式团队组织风险容忍的原因和过程。As new enterprise management domain Integrated Risk Management is increasingly favored by academia and enterprises. And the network team organization is the most suitable for enterprise integrated risk management （EIRM）. But the causes and process of risk tolerance of this organization are not yet clear. First of all, the impact factor system of enterprise integrated risk management was ascertained through Literature Review and the Delphi method. Secondly, six major features of the network team organizational was summed up on the basis of previous studies. Finally, the impact about the features of network - team organizations to integrate risk factors were obtained, and the causes and process of risk tolerance of network team organization have been ascertained through surveys and statistical analysis.
