论“卫气内伐”

摘　　要：中医认为,人体在正常情况下,营卫伴行,卫气不得入于脉。而五脏功能失调,可导致营卫化源失常,清浊相干,杂合以入脉;或卫气阳热禀赋不足,难以脱"营"而出,潜于脉中;或营卫之道阻塞,卫气郁遏于脉中,终致卫气内伐于脉。而卫气郁遏于脉中,又可作为肇病之基,熏灼血脉,扰乱人体阴阳消长昼夜节律,同时可使多脏功能受扰,痰瘀并生。在代谢综合征(MS)中,脂肪、碳水化合物等原本为血管外各组织器官提供能量(热量),却在血液中过度堆积,表现为异常升高的血脂、血糖、血压或胰岛素抵抗等,成为导致心脑血管疾病的高危因素,这种病理变化类似中医"卫气内伐于脉"病机特点。Normally nutritive Qi circulates in the vessels accompanied by defensive Qi,but defensive Qi can not enter vessels. Dysfunction of viscera can induce abnormal mixture of nutritive Qi and defensive Qi to the vessels,or defensive Qi can not acquire adequate Yang-qi to break away from nutritive Qi,or the vessels are blocked to result in stagnation of defensive Qi. Consequently stagnation of defensive Qi in the vessels can burn the vessels,disturb the daily rhythm of changes of Yin and Yang and induce visceral dysfunction to generate phlegm and blood stasis. In the normal metabolic processes,fat and carbohydrates provide energy（calories） for various tissues and organs outside the vessels. But in the formation of metabolic syndrome,those substances accumulate excessively in the blood,leading to abnormally elevated blood lipids,blood sugar,blood pressure or insulin resistance,etc. The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are always caused by the risk factors. The course is very similar to pathological change of ＂defensive Qi invading vessels inside＂.
