摘　　要：15°DC车轮是近年来国内引进的车轮新品种。由于其配用无内胎车轮，可取代型钢车轮用于载重汽车、大客车上，具有良好的高速性能，行驶安全可靠以及使用寿命长、维修方便、工艺简单等一系列优点，The 15°series wheel is a kind of wheel which brought abroad and all-pervading kind at home recently.However ,whether it is the DIN of Germany,GB9769 of national institute standards,QC/T581 of automotive industry standards,all of them gaven the other rim profile inspection general gages only,only the lack of the 15°DC series.This article through the analysis of the characteristic of 15°DC wheels's rim figure and calculation geometry, to point out the 15°DC wheels rim figure's general gages for inspection、tolerance gages and correct gages can't be applied to the 5°DC wheels's standards. And point out when to switch to the 15°DC wheels's inspection sample,the figure's transformation、dimensions correction and inspection determinant rule.
