摘　　要：目的了解儿科医生防御性医疗行为的现状及其影响因素。方法通过对深圳市儿童医院213名人员进行问卷调查收集信息并应用多重线性回归进行统计分析。结果性别、职称、工作部门、受表扬经历以及被投诉经历等因素对防御性医疗行为的影响有统计学意义,其中性别、被投诉经历对因变量的影响为正向,而其余的职称、工作部门、受表扬经历对因变量的影响则为负向。结论调查结果对进一步深入开展防御性医疗研究提供了循证依据。Objective find out the current situation of the defensive medicine and its affecting factors in Shenzhen Children Hospital. Method carried out a questionnaire survey towards the 213 staffs in the hospital and analyzed the information by multiple linear regressions. Result based on the research, the following factors were found to have statistically significant influence： gender, position, and working section, praise experience and complain experience. The influences of gender, complain experience were positive while the influences of the rest factors were negative. Conclusion the results in this research can provide us some evidence -based materials to help deeply and widely research in the defensive medicine.
