摘　　要：利用随机最优化方法,在一个随机经济增长模型中分析了教育投资与税收对经济增长和社会福利的影响.通过构建模型的Bellman方程,求出了经济均衡时的最优经济增长率、个人的资本财富比以及消费财富比,并分析了经济均衡时的税收、个体教育投资对经济增长率和社会福利的影响.Based on the stochastic optimization method, the effect of education investment and taxation on economic growth and social welfare was analyzed in a stochastic economic growth model. The optimized economic growth rate and the ratios of capital to wealth and consumption to wealth were worked out through the Bellman equation when economic equilibrium reached. Furthermore, how taxation and individual education investment affect economic equilibrium growth rate and social welfare was analyzed.
