摘　　要：该文通过对HQ教育过程的分析,认为采取有效的途径和方法对成年人进行健商文化教育,将有助于改变成年人的健康观念和健康状况,对促进成年人和整个社会形成健康的生活方式,提高生命质量具有积极的指导作用。By analysing the HQ education process the author thinks that the effective ways and methods of adult Healthy Quality education will help change the concept of adult health and health status. It will also have a positive guide role in promoting the adults and the whole society to form a healthy lifestyle ,and improving the quality of life.
