消痔固脱膏治疗发作期痔62例疗效观察  

Therapeutical Efficacy of the Ointment for Hemorrhoids and Prolapse in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids in Paroxysmal Stage

摘　　要：为探讨消痔固脱膏治疗发作期痔的疗效，用消痔固脱膏治疗发作期痔62例（治疗组），并与用九华膏治疗的58例（对照组）进行比较。结果显示，治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为30．6％和20．7％，显效率分别为40．3％和27．6％，总有效率分别为98．4％和89．7％，平均疗程分别为（14±3）d和（20±5）d，治疗组均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，消痔固脱膏对发作期痔具有很好的疗效，并且疗程短，疗效可靠，无副作用。The objective of the study was to evaluate and prolapse（OHP） in the treatment of hemorrhoids OHP treatment （the study group） ,and the results of the therapeutic efficacy of ointment for hemorrhoids in the paroxysmal stage. Sixty two patients received which were compared with that of Jiuhua ointment in 58 cases（the controlled group）. As results, the cure rate in the study group and controlled group was 30.6% and 20.7%,the notably effective rate was 40.3% and 27.6%,the improvement rate was 98.4% and 89.7%, and the average treatment course was （ 14 ± 3） days and （20 ± 5） days, respectively, the general therapeutic efficacy in the study group is better than that in the controlled group（ P〈0.01）. It is concluded that OHP has a better efficacy in the treatment of hemorrhoids in paroxysmal stage and also has the advantages of shorter treatment course, and no side effect.
