摘 要:为探讨马铃薯生根质量以及土壤的成分(珍珠岩和山土的比例)对移栽效果的影响,以1/2MS+NAA0.4 mg·L-1为生根培养基诱导3个马铃薯品种Bora、Gui、Winter生根,生根后移栽到珍珠岩与山土比例为0∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3的基质中进行培养。结果表明,3个品种间存在显著差异;马铃薯移栽前的生根质量对移栽后的成活率、地上部分生长、微型薯形成有直接的影响;在珍珠岩与山土比例为1∶2的基质中各品种成活率最高,生长最好,微型薯数量最多。To investigate the quality of potato roots and the effects of soil composition (the ratio of perlite and mountain soil) on potato transplanting, 1/2MS + NAA 0.4 mg.L^-1 was used as root induction medium for the three species of potato, Bora,Gui and Winter. After rooting , potato seedlings were transplanted to cultivated in the substratum that the ratio of per-lite and mountain soil were 0:1,1:1,1:2,1:3. The results showed that there was a significant difference between three species of potato and the quality of the root had a direct impact on the survival rate, growth, formation of micro-tuber after transplanting. The survival rate was highest, the growth was best and the number of mini tuber was largest when the three species of potato were transplanted into the substratum that the ratio of perlite and mountain soil was 1:2. These had the value of reference in actual production of three species of potato.
