三黄消渴片的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究三黄消渴片对链脲佐菌素(STZ)造Wistar大鼠糖尿病动物模型的治疗效果。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射加喂高脂饲料造模,观察三黄消渴片对模型大鼠血糖(TC)、血脂(TG)、糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白以及糖尿病足等体症的改善作用。结果:三黄消渴片能明显降低模型大鼠的血糖、血脂及糖化血红蛋白,改善糖耐量异常,改善糖尿病大鼠"三多一少"症状及糖尿病足等体症。结论:三黄消渴片能改善糖尿病患者的中医临床症状,能明显降低血糖,调节血脂和体重。Objective： To study the treatment effects of sanhuang xiaoke tablets on Wistar rat model built by STZ. Method： Injecting in STZ to Wistar rat and feeding with high fat diet to build model. Observing the improvements of blood sugar, blood grease （TC, TG）,impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）and diabetes of foot, etc, which were symptoms of sanhuang xiaoke tablets model rat. Results： Sanhuang xiaoke tablets could recede blood sugar, blood fat and glycosylated hemoglobin, impaired glucose tolerance obviously and improve the rats＇ symptom of diabetes of foot etc. Conclusion： Sanhuang xiaoke tablets could improve the body symptoms of diabetes and recede blood sugar,accommodate avoirdupois and （TC, TG）.
