摘 要:目的构建护理本科生科研能力的早期培养模式。方法根据护理本科生科研能力的培养要求,进行课程整合改革和教学内容优化,在2006级护理本科专业随机抽取一个实验班实施基于选题的系统化科研训练计划,并与对照班比较,评价其效果。结果实验班和对照班在科研基本知识、科研能力提高以及科研量化考核等主要指标上,差异有统计学意义。结论本项目所构建的基于选题的早期培养模式有助于提高护理本科生的科研能力。Objective To construct an early training model for nursing undergraduates' research training based on topic selection. Method According to the research ability of nursing undergraduates' training requirements, curriculum reform and optimization of the teaching content were performed. A systematic research training program was carried out in the experimental classes randomly selected in 2006 nursing undergraduates. The effect of this education reform was evaluated. Result The main indexes, including the basic scientific knowledge, the improvement and the quantification assessment of students' scientific research ability, were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control classes. Conclusion This early training model based on topic selection can obviously improve the research ability of the nursing undergraduates.
