善得定与垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效对比  

EFFECTS OF SANDOSTATIN AND PITUITRIN ON THE TREATMENT OF HEMORRHAGE FROM ESOPHAGOFUNDUS VARICES

摘  要:目的:观察善得定与垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效及副作用。方法:将64例病人随机分为善得定组33例;垂体后叶素组31例。分别使用善得定0.1mg静注,继以25ug/h持续静滴;垂体后叶素5~10u静注,继以0.2u/min持续静滴。结果:2组药物的24h止血率分别为90.9%和64.1%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组药物平均止血时间分别为(6.2±3.9)h和(13.6±5.3)h,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);2组病人平均输血量分别为425ml和572ml,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。善得定副作用较垂体后叶素少。结论:善得定治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血近期止血效果较好,疗效明显优于垂体后叶素,且病人输血量减少,副作用少。Objective:To investigate the effects and adverse effects of Sandostatin and Pituitrin on the hemorrhage from esophangofundus varices.Methods:64 patients were divided into two groups.33 cases as the sandostatin groups with infusion at the usual rate of 25 ug/hour after the intravenous injection 0.1 mg sandostatin and 31 cases as the pituitrin groups with infusion at the usual rate of 0.2 unit/min after the intravenous injection 5~10 unit Pituitrin.Result:The significant were differet between the two groups.The hemostatic rate was 90.9% in the sandostatin groups and 64.1% in the pituitrin groups(P<0.05) after 24 hour treatment;The mean hemostatic time was 6.2±3.9 hour in the sandotatin group and 13.6±5.3 hour in the pituitrin groups (P<0.01);The average of volume transfusion was 425 ml in the sandostatin groups and 572 ml in the pituitrin (P<0.05).The side effects occurring in sandostatin was lower than in Pituitrin group.Conclusion:The short term effects in groups of treated with sandostation on the treatment hemorrhage from esophagofundus varices was better than in groups of being treated with pituitrin.After treated with sandostatin the volume of transfusion of patients decreased remarkably.The sandostatin with few side effects likely to be used on clinic.
