洛赛克联合应用阿莫西林、灭滴灵根治十二指肠球部溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：应用洛赛克、阿莫西林、灭滴灵联合治疗十二指肠球部溃疡，结果溃疡４周愈合率１００％，ＨＰ根除率９０％，疼病缓解率３天９６％，５天为１００％，１年的溃疡复发率为６６％．The combination of losec with amoxicillin and metronidazole was studied to treat duodenal ulcer. The results were: the healing rate of duodenal ulcer in 4wk was 100%,the eradicated rate of Helicobacter pylori was 90%,the relief rate of abdominal pain was 96% in 3 days and 100% in 5 days, the relapse rate of duodenal ulcer was 66% in 1 year. The curative effects of the medicines were noticeable.
